I spent 15 years in finance and hedge funds - in fundraising, investor relations and business development. I've sat in those rooms. I understand the pressure, the stakes, and what it costs to keep performing when what you actually need is to think differently about how you show up.
That experience is at the heart of how I work.
I coach senior leaders, executives, founders and leadership teams - primarily in tech and finance - at critical inflection points. New roles. Bigger stages. Scaling businesses. The moment when competence alone stops being enough.
I combine neuroscience with rigorous, human coaching and a business background that means nothing needs explaining to me. My clients describe me as honest, direct and genuinely challenging - and I hope, also someone they can think out loud with.
